Support Groups for Healing and Connection
Healing from compulsive or problem sexual behavior, or from the pain of betrayal, doesn’t have to happen alone. While individual therapy offers a private space for reflection and growth, group support provides something equally powerful: connection with others who truly understand. Our support groups offer a safe, confidential, and professionally guided environment where participants can share experiences, learn from others, and feel less isolated in their recovery journey.
Men’s Support Group
Our Men’s Support Group is designed for those who are working to understand and change compulsive or problematic sexual behaviors.
In this group, men learn to:
- Identify emotional triggers and behavioral patterns
- Develop accountability and self-compassion
- Build honesty in relationships
- Strengthen healthy coping and connection
Sessions are structured, facilitated by a licensed therapist, and rooted in respect and confidentiality. Many men discover that what once felt isolating or shameful loses power when it’s spoken and understood in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
Betrayed Partners Group
Discovering a partner’s secret or compulsive sexual behavior can feel devastating. The Betrayed Partners Group provides support, understanding, and tools for healing from betrayal trauma.
This group helps participants:
- Process the shock, anger, and grief that follow discovery
- Reduce self-blame and shame
- Learn healthy boundaries and self-care
- Connect with others who have experienced similar pain
Many partners find that healing begins when they realize they are not alone, that others truly understand what it’s like to rebuild trust, safety, and self-worth after betrayal.
Why Group Support Matters
Group therapy can be an essential part of recovery. It offers empathy without judgment, accountability without shame, and the encouragement of shared progress. Whether you’re healing from betrayal or learning to change harmful sexual patterns, support groups remind you that growth and recovery are possible — and that you don’t have to walk this path on your own.
